Follow the step by step provided below, to make your Mémoir special with your memories.

Unbox.

Inside your Mémoir package, you'll find the ring box, a USB-A to USB-C cable, and a setup card. Everything you need.

Connect.

Plug the USB-C end into Mémoir and the USB-A end into your laptop. Within seconds, Mémoir appears on your computer as a flash drive

Upload.

Open the Mémoir drive on your laptop. Drag in your photo, video, or song. The memory to make it special. Once uploaded, eject the drive and disconnect the cable.

Test.

Do this a day before your proposal

Make sure it's perfect. Open Mémoir as if it's the first time, confirm your song plays, your photo or video appears, and the LED lights up. If anything needs adjusting, simply reconnect and swap the file.

Play.

Charge Mémoir the night before the special moment. Place the ring inside. The moment Mémoir opens, the music plays, the memory appears and the ring shines.

How does Mémoir work during a proposal?

When the lid is opened, the built-in screen and speaker activate automatically, playing whatever video or message you have loaded, while the LED lighting illuminates the ring. Everything is triggered by the simple act of opening the box. There is nothing to press, tap, or manage in the moment. Your only focus is her.

Which formats does Mémoir support ?

Mémoir supports a wide range of file types including video, photos, audio, and music. Compatible video formats include AVI, MOV, MP4, 3GP, MPG, VOB, and DAT, with a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 at 30fps. For the best experience we recommend uploading in MP4 format.

What if something is wrong when it arrives?

If your Mémoir arrives damaged or is not functioning as it should, email us at support@boxamemory.com with a photo or video as proof within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. You can choose a replacement shipped on expedited shipping at no additional cost, or a full refund upon return of the item.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Mémoir is sold through a fully encrypted Shopify checkout, the same platform used by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store or handle your payment details directly.

Delivery.

When will I receive my Mémoir?

Standard shipping within the US typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days. If your moment is approaching sooner, expedited shipping is also available within the US at checkout, with delivery in 1 to 3 business days.

Is Mémoir shipped internationally?

Yes, Mémoir ships worldwide. International delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Completely. The outer shipping box carries no branding that reveals its contents, and the packaging inside gives nothing away. For an extra layer of discretion, we recommend shipping to a trusted friend or family member's address.
