Returns & Refunds

Mémoir is built for one of the most important moments of your life. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

You may return your Mémoir within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the box is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@boxamemory.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Returns should be sent to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We'll notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Mémoir arrives damaged or experiences a hardware defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at support@boxamemory.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

What We Cannot Accept

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, show signs of wear, or are missing original packaging.

A Note From Us

We know the timing of a proposal matters. If your order is time-sensitive, reach out before the moment — we would rather resolve it early than have anything stand between you and the perfect proposal.
