Which formats does Mémoir support ?

Mémoir supports a wide range of file types including video, photos, audio, and music. Compatible video formats include AVI, MOV, MP4, 3GP, MPG, VOB, and DAT, with a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 at 30fps. For the best experience we recommend uploading in MP4 format.

Which rings can Mémoir fit ?

Mémoir is designed to hold most standard engagement rings and bands with a band width of up to 4mm, covering the vast majority of women's engagement rings and anniversary bands.

How long does Mémoir's battery last?

Mémoir only uses battery when the lid is open and the screen is active, so there is no drain while it is closed and stored. Once opened, the battery lasts over 3 hours of continuous use, more than enough for any occasion. We recommend charging your Mémoir the night before to ensure it is fully ready for the moment.

Can I personalize what plays inside Mémoir ?

Yes, this is the heart of Mémoir. You choose the video, the music, or any media that means something to your story. Whether it's the song from your first date, a voiceover of your vows, or a slideshow of where you've been together, Mémoir carries it.

Standard shipping within the US typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days. If your moment is approaching sooner, expedited shipping is also available within the US at checkout, with delivery in 1 to 3 business days.

Yes, Mémoir ships worldwide. International delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

You can choose a replacement shipped on expedited shipping at no additional cost, or a full refund upon return of the item.
